01Acceptance of Terms

By using the Wild33 platform, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using this platform. Wild33 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and wild33 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the terms set out in this document.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wild33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a region or country that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Never previously banned or restricted from using the wild33 platform.
• Register with one account only — multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.

Wild33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification cards, bank statements, or other supporting documents to verify a member's identity and eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03User Account

Every wild33 member is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
• Ensuring no other individual uses your account without your knowledge and consent.
• Notifying Wild33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

Wild33 will never ask for your password or sensitive account information via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any communication requesting such information is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us immediately.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

Wild33 accepts deposits via a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other options available on the platform. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the bank or payment service provider.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit (same source of funds policy).
• Wild33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for security purposes.

Wild33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose separate charges beyond our control. All financial transactions on wild33 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

05Bonus & Promotions

Wild33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between different games or accounts.

06Game Rules

All games offered on the wild33 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party audit body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.

• Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Disputed wins will be resolved based on Wild33's server log records, which shall be considered final.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, wild33 will ensure your account balance is restored to its state prior to the failure.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is available in the respective game information for players' reference.
• Wild33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a game for maintenance or technical updates.

Players are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any such actions will be considered fraudulent and may result in immediate account closure.

07Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the wild33 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using more than one account for any purpose.
• Using a false identity or providing inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Using automation software, scripts, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the Wild33 platform.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the gaming system.
• Accessing the Wild33 platform from regions or countries that have been blocked by us.

08Account Closure

Wild33 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Wild33 customer support team. Prior to account closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and all pending transactions will be processed in accordance with Wild33's standard policy.

09Liability Limit

Wild33 is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including server failures, internet outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses incurred due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Accurate and valid game outcomes calculated by the platform's RNG system.
• Any action or omission by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

Wild33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10Responsible Gaming

Wild33 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial hardship or emotional stress for any individual.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your financial means.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit to control your spending on games.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently closing your account if you feel that gaming has become a serious problem in your life.

11Terms Amendments

It is each member's responsibility to read and understand any amendments to the Terms that are announced. Continued use of the wild33 platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed as the member's acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the new amendments, you may close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which wild33 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved directly between both parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a competent court, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
